Shipping & Returns
The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/ ”Company” individually and collectively refer to M\S Go Grin Natural Foods (Go Grin Kombucha) and the terms "Visitor” / ”User” / "You" /"Your" / "Yourself" refer to the users.

Shipping Policy
​
1) We currently only deliver in Delhi NCR.
2) Once you place an order, we commit to deliver within 3 days. However, we usually try to deliver within 24 hours.
3) We use third-party courier partners and most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, provided there are no unexpected delays. If the order does not reach you within 6 days (post-ordering), we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Please understand that as we have limited control over the package once it is shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order before the mentioned timeline.
Note: This does not apply to failed/delayed deliveries with exceptions raised due to issues at the receiver’s end (for example incorrect address, no response on the contact number, etc.).

Returns and Refund Policy
​
We prepare and bottle our Kombucha with great care and precision. However, if you experience any problem with our product, regarding its flavor, fizz, bottle, or packaging, we will replace the bottle/bottles. We shall appreciate a short note describing the exact problem when we collect the problem product. This shall help us crease out any minor glitches in our process and serve you better. Simply contact us within 21 days of shipment at hello@gogrin.co for a replacement or a 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please make sure to include:

Your name and date of purchase

The items you would like refunded. All the bottles/bottles should be returned back to us in case of a refund.

The reason for the return (optional, but we’d love to use your feedback to improve our products)

Refunds are initiated within 4 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank

Cancellation Policy
​
1) Order cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 5 min of placing an order.
2) We work transparently, and would still honor a cancellation (post the above 5 min period) if we could not book a third-party courier partner for your delivery. However, the discretion completely lies with us and we cannot be held liable for the same.
